The event is a point-to-point run/walk from Duder Regional Park to Te Puru Park, Beachlands for the 10km distance and from Maraetai Beach for the 5km distance. See the map on this page.

The 10km Run/Walk starts at Duder Regional Park at 9:00AM Sunday 5th November 2023.
The 5km Run/Walk starts at Maraetai Beach at 9:45AM Sunday 5th November 2023.

Being able to run/walk the Maraetai Coastal Road will be an attraction for many entrants. This section will under traffic management so that runners/walkers can proceed inside a coned off part of the road and traffic is managed by a Traffic Management company.

Once through Maraetai the run follows the Tracey's Walk footpath until Te Puru Park. At Te Puru Park runners/walkers will loop around the park before finishing in front of the Te Puru Community Centre building.

There will be aid stations every 2.5km stocking water and some sweets.
